The Online sales service www.editionsamyris.com is offered by SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS, rue Lannoy 22, 1050 Brussels (firstname.lastname@example.org).
These general conditions apply to all orders placed with SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS and this, to the exclusion of any other conditions. They aim to define the terms of sale between SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS and the user, from the order to the delivery, including payment, as well as the respective obligations of the contracting parties.
The contracting partner expressly acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions and having accepted them without any reservation. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the general conditions.
The consumer has the right to notify by registered mail that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods.
In this case, the undamaged order must be sent back by registered post, within the same time limit, in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note, at the customer's expense, to the address below.
The account number must be indicated in order to be able to make the refund. Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made as soon as possible, except for shipping costs.
The consumer does not have the right to renounce the purchase if, after delivery, he has unsealed himself a product that was cellophaned or covered by special protection or if the goods are incomplete or damaged.

Unless otherwise specified, offers are valid for up to 30 days, subject to availability.
If an order includes a title that is temporarily out of stock, it will only be shipped when the missing title is replenished.
Any order placed with SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS is only binding on it after confirmation of the order by it. The acknowledgement of receipt contains a summary of the order.
Changes made by the other party to his order will only be valid after acceptance and written confirmation by the latter.
All prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. They are valid for the entire duration of the offer.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the works will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the orders are placed.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS cannot be held responsible for any errors that may have occurred in its offers.
The works remain the property of SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS until the price is fully and definitively paid.
1. The deadlines set for deliveries are not contractual and are given only as an indication.
The delivery time is set at 10 working days after receipt of payment and within the limits of available stocks, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of delay in the delivery of the goods, the other party may not claim any compensation for damages or compensation.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond its control.
2. The place of delivery must be specified in writing in the order.
3. For the shipment of the order, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
All invoices are payable 30 days after the end of the month following the invoice date at the company's registered office.
Each unpaid invoice automatically and without formal notice entails an interest of 12% on an annual basis, with a minimum of €40.00, as well as a fixed and irreducible compensation of 6% of the unpaid balance with a minimum of €100.
Payment can be made either by credit card, bancontact or bank transfer :
- Payment by credit card, Mastercard and bancontact.
- Payment by bank transfer for Belgium. In accordance with the law of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection, purchases must be paid in advance by bank transfer to account no. 310-1255025-28 (IBAN: BE37 3101 2550 2528 - BIC: BBRUBEBB), mentioning the order number, or failing that the title and reference number of the desired article.
The goods are deemed to have been received and accepted upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantities and condition of the package. In the event of a dispute, the latter has a period of eight days from the date of receipt to inform the sender.
If the claim is recognized as justified by SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS, its obligations shall be limited exclusively to the delivery of an identical good.
The other party shall not be entitled to claim any damages whatsoever.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS can never be held liable in the event of an error on the part of the contracting partner.
SPRL EDITION AMYRIS has, for all stages of access to the website, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.
The products are sent by the usual postal services or by carrier. SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS therefore declines any responsibility in the event of a too long delivery time due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or strike. The risks of transport are borne by the user, who must submit requests for use to the postal services or to the carrier.
SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS respects privacy in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data. All personal data provided by the customer in the context of his order are recorded in the files of SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS. The latter is in charge of these files. This data is used by SPRL EDITION AMYRIS for the purposes of order management, control of the regularity of operations and payments, marketing and commercial prospecting.
The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her, which he/she can exercise with SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS. The customer who wishes to exercise these rights may do so by sending a reasoned, dated and signed request to SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS (Rue Lannoy 22, 1050 Brussels), accompanied by a copy of both sides of his identity card.
Finally, the client may obtain any additional information from the Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
The information, logos, drawings, trademarks, models, slogans, graphic charters, and in general, the advertisements and their content etc. accessible through the website are protected by intellectual and/or industrial property rights. They are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents and more generally by intellectual property.
They are the exclusive property of the company SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS.
Unless expressly authorised for this purpose by SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS and/or the third party concerned, the user is not authorised to modify, reproduce, rent, borrow, sell, distribute or create derivative works based in whole or in part on the elements present on the website. It is therefore prohibited (and the user may not grant permission to others) to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse the design or assembly or in any other way attempt to find the source code, sell, assign, sub-license or transfer in any way any rights relating to the website and its content.
The user is expressly referred to the national provisions on the protection of databases and computer programs, in particular the laws of 31 August 1998 on the legal protection of databases and 30 June 1994 on the legal protection of computer programs.
The user who has a website and who wishes to place on his website a simple link directly to the homepage of the website of SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS, must request authorization from SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS.

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the disputes will be brought, in French, before the courts of the place where SPRL EDITIONS AMYRIS has its registered office, namely the Justice of the Peace of the canton of Ixelles or the Commercial Court of Brussels. The contract is presumed to have been concluded under Belgian law, the only law applicable to the contractual relations between the parties, notwithstanding any foreign criteria.
The absence of validity or illegality of one of the clauses provided for in these general conditions does not in any way invalidate or nullify the other general conditions.
